Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) – Section 51 Manual
1. Introduction
This manual is prepared in accordance with section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”), read together with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).
iStamp (Pty) Ltd is a product house that designs, distributes, and administers a bundled funeral cover and savings product. iStamp is not an insurance risk carrier and does not accept deposits from the public. Insurance risk is underwritten by licensed insurers, and savings balances are facilitated through regulated Banking-as-a-Service partners.

7. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

8. Request Procedure
Requests must be submitted in writing to the Information Officer and must include:

9. Fees
Access to personal information relating to the requester is generally provided at no cost. Fees may apply for reproduction or non-personal records in accordance with PAIA regulations.
